The River Valley Falcons softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Oroville Tigers to 2 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, River Valley moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Falcons host Antelope (Antelope, CA) to clash with the Titans in a Capital Valley Conference game on Tuesday, March 21. The Titans come into the game with a record of 2-2. Antelope lost 8-5 in their recent non-league game against Wheatland (Wheatland, CA)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the University Prep Panthers (Redding, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 21. Oroville will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 4-0 record after their 11-0 non-league win over Fall River (McArthur, CA).
