The Lincoln Railsplitters crushed the host Olympia Spartans baseball team by a score of 22-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
The Railsplitters (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, IL). The Cyclones go into the Central State Eight game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Sacred Heart-Griffin overcame Quincy Notre Dame (Quincy, IL), 3-1, in a non-league game.
The Spartans (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Eureka (Eureka, IL). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Eureka overcame Princeville (Princeville, IL), 9-2, in a non-league game.
