The Plainfield North Tigers baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Moline Maroons to 4 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record.
The Maroons (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Normal Community (Normal, IL). The Ironmen go into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Normal Community edged Metamora (Metamora, IL), 7-1, in a non-league match.
