In Saturday's non-league contest, the Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the host St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats (San Francisco, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Los Altos Eagles (Los Altos, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 16. Homestead will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA).

With the loss, St. Ignatius College Preparatory moves to 3-9 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA) to battle the Monarchs in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 16. The Monarchs go into the contest with a record of 6-2. Archbishop Mitty lost 3-2 in their recent league contest against Valley Christian (San Jose, CA)
