Medina Battling Bees (Medina, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Assumption Rockets (Louisville, KY), 20-2 in a non-league test.
The Battling Bees now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop England for a non-league test on Monday, March 25.
In their next game, the Rockets face the Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY) in a test, on Tuesday, March 19. Assumption will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Colonels come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 21-7 non-league loss to Ballard (Louisville, KY).
