Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Weddington Warriors (Matthews, NC) and the visiting Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC), saw Weddington's baseball squad knock off Watauga by a count of 9-0.

Coming up next, the Warriors play the South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 20. Weddington will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record.
