North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Bishop McGuinness tipped by Christ the King

March 16, 2024: Huntersville, NC 28078

In Saturday's non-league test, the host Christ the King Crusaders lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-7 victory over the Bishop McGuinness Villains.

The Crusaders now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Norman Charter for a Catawba Shores/Metro 8/South Piedmont test on Monday, March 18. Christ the King will face a Knights squad coming off a 16-2 league win over Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Knights record now stands at 6-1.

In their next game, the Villains face the Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) in a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont test, on Monday, March 18. Bishop McGuinness will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Cardinals come into the test with a 3-2 record after their 21-13 non-league loss to Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
