In Saturday's non-league contest, the Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) lacrosse squad routed the host Eastern Eagles (Louisville, KY), by a count of 20-1.
Coming up next, the Fighting Irish confront the Brentwood Bruins (Brentwood, TN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 19. Cathedral will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Bruins come into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 26-16 non-league loss to McCallie (Chattanooga, TN).
The Eagles now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Oldham for a KSLL contest on Saturday, March 16. Eastern will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 12-5 non-league loss to Ballard (Louisville, KY). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.
