In Saturday's non-league contest, the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC), by a count of 16-9.
Coming up next, the Blue Eagles confront the Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC) in a 5A District 3 contest, on Tuesday, March 19. Clover will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 2-6 record after their 12-1 league loss to Blythewood (Blythewood, SC).
The Panthers now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Ardrey Kell for a Southwestern/So Meck contest on Tuesday, March 19. Providence will confront a Knights squad coming off a 14-6 non-league win over Page (Greensboro, NC). The Knights record now stands at 7-1.
