Lake Cormorant (Lake Cormorant, MS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Aberdeen Bulldogs (Aberdeen, MS), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northpoint Christian for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 18. Lake Cormorant will battle a Trojans squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Marion (Marion, AR). The Trojans record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Aberdeen falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host East Webster (Maben, MS) to battle the Wolverines in a 3A Region 4 challenge on Monday, March 18. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a record of 5-6.
