Louisiana High School Softball - Iowa falls to Airline

In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Airline Vikings softball team scored a nice 14-6 win over the Iowa Yellowjackets.

Coming up next, the Vikings encounter the Evangel Christian Academy Eagles (Shreveport, LA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 18. Airline will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 8-10 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Ruston (Ruston, LA).

The Yellowjackets (16-4) will now prepare for their outing against Logansport (Logansport, LA). The Tigers enter the non-league outing with a 16-1 record. In their last outing, Logansport ran past Northwood (Lena, LA), 19-0, in a league outing.
