The Eagles now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brookville for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16. Auburn will battle a Bees squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over William Campbell (Naruna, VA). The Bees record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Amherst County falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Lancers host Lebanon (Lebanon, VA) to battle the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Lebanon won 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA)
