Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Dos Palos Broncos (Dos Palos, CA) and the host Caruthers Blue Raiders (Caruthers, CA), witnessed Dos Palos's softball squad tip Caruthers by a count of 5-0.

The Broncos now sport a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Fowler for a non-league match on Saturday, March 23.

With the loss, Caruthers moves to 3-2 on the season. The Blue raiders host Minarets (O'Neals, CA) to meet the Mustangs in a Northwest Sequoia- North match on Tuesday, March 19. The Mustangs go into the match with a record of 2-4. Minarets won 14-9 in their recent non-league match against Farmersville (Farmersville, CA)
