Etowah Blue Devils (Attalla, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Cedar Bluff Tigers (Cedar Bluff, AL), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Blue Devils now own a 8-10 record. They take the field next when they host Cherokee County for a 4A Area 12 challenge on Monday, March 18. Etowah will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Valley Head (Valley Head, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Cedar Bluff falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Valley Head (Valley Head, AL) to battle the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 2-7. Valley Head won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Sand Rock (Leesburg, AL)
