The Hornets now sport a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Notre Dame for a 2A District 5 match on Tuesday, March 19. Grand Lake will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 8-1 league win over Welsh (Welsh, LA). The Pioneers record now stands at 15-3.

With the loss, DeRidder moves to 8-9 on the season. The Dragons host Vinton (Vinton, LA) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Monday, March 18. The Lions go into the match with a record of 7-12. Vinton won 5-2 in their recent non-league match against Florien (Florien, LA)
