Madison Central Indians (Richmond, KY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host George Rogers Clark Cardinals (Winchester, KY), 16-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lafayette for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 18. Madison Central will battle a Generals squad coming off a 14-12 non-league win over Assumption (Louisville, KY). The Generals record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, George Rogers Clark falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Male (Louisville, KY) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 18. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 2-0.
