The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Paramount Pirates (Paramount, CA) and the host Kaiser Cats (Fontana, CA), saw Paramount's softball squad nip Kaiser by a count of 1-0.

The Pirates now sport a 4-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Firebaugh for a Mid-Cities match on Tuesday, March 19. Paramount will face a Falcons squad coming off a 20-2 non-league loss to St. Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Kaiser falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Cats host Fontana (Fontana, CA) to face the Steelers in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 26. The Steelers enter the match with a record of 3-10.
