Southridge Suns (Kennewick, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lake City Timberwolves (Coeur d'Alene, ID), 20-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Suns now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Richland for a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia challenge on Tuesday, March 19. Southridge will face a Bombers squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Riverside (Chattaroy, WA). The Bombers record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, Lake City falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Timberwolves host Timberlake (Spirit Lake, ID) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 19. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 2-3. Timberlake lost 11-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Coeur d'Alene (Coeur d'Alene, ID)
