The Montebello Oilers softball team (Montebello, CA), was routed 11-1 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Norwalk Lancers (Norwalk, CA)

Coming up next, the Lancers clash with the Paramount Pirates (Paramount, CA) in a Mid-Cities test, on Tuesday, March 26. Norwalk will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record.

The Oilers (1-11) will now prepare for their test against San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA). The Matadors come into the Almont test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, San Gabriel was routed by Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA), 17-0, in a league test.
