Satsuma Gators (Satsuma, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Thomasville Tigers (Thomasville, AL), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Gators now own a 20-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sweet Water for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 16.

With the loss, Thomasville falls to 8-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hillcrest (Evergreen, AL) to battle the Jaguars in a 3A Area 4 challenge on Monday, March 18. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Hillcrest lost 16-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Flomaton (Flomaton, AL)
