In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Norfork Panthers (Norfork, AR) baseball squad the visiting West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR), by a tally of 7-5.

Next up, the Panthers encounter the Izard County Cougars (Brockwell, AR) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 16. Norfork will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record.

The Eagles (9-6) will now prepare for their bout against Shirley (Shirley, AR). The Blue Devils enter the 1A Region 2 bout with a 2-9 record. In their last bout, Shirley edged Viola (Viola, AR), 15-5, in a league bout.
