California High School Softball - Riverbank knocked off by Ripon

March 16, 2026: Riverbank, CA 95367

The Ripon Indians overwhelmed the host Riverbank Bruins softball squad by a count of 12-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the Sonora Wildcats (Sonora, CA) in a Trans Valley League challenge, on Tuesday, March 17. Ripon will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to Summerville (Tuolumne, CA).

The Bruins (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Big Valley Christian (Modesto, CA). The Lions go into the Mother Lode League challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Big Valley Christian was routed by Buhach Colony (Atwater, CA), 16-15, in a non-league battle.
