The Bluefield Beavers crushed the visiting Mount View Golden Knights baseball team by a count of 21-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Beavers now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Princeton for a bout on Friday, March 18. Bluefield will face a Tigers team coming off a 8-4 non-league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
Next, the Golden Knights face the PikeView Panthers (Princeton, WV) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 22. Mount View will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
