The East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC), 15-1 in Thursday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Panthers encounter the James Kenan Tigers (Warsaw, NC) in a East Central 2A contest, on Tuesday, March 22. East Duplin will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 6-1 record after their 18-3 league win over Kinston (Kinston, NC).

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Mount St. Joseph for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 19.
