California High School Baseball - Menlo-Atherton defeats Pioneer

Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA) and the visiting Pioneer Mustangs (San Jose, CA), saw Menlo-Atherton's baseball squad knock off Pioneer by a count of 10-4.

Coming up next, the Bears play the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 19. Menlo-Atherton will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 8-1 record after their 5-0 league win over Homestead (Cupertino, CA).

The Mustangs now possess a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Los Altos for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 19. Pioneer will play a Eagles squad coming off a 5-4 league win over Cupertino (Cupertino, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-4.
