In Thursday's non-league game, the host Wetumka Chieftains baseball team scored a nice 13-3 victory over the Strother Yellowjackets.
The Chieftains (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Moss (Holdenville, OK). The Pirates go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Moss was overwhelmed by Asher (Asher, OK), 10-9, in a non-league game.
The Yellowjackets (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Dewar (Dewar, OK). The Dragons go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Dewar overcame Allen (Allen, OK), 22-1, in a non-league game.
