The Grand Junction Tigers lacrosse team scored 12 points and held the visiting Chaparral Wolverines to 6 in the Tigers non-league win on Thursday.

The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Pine Creek was overwhelmed by Castle View (Castle Rock, CO), 14-11, in a non-league match.
