    In Thursday's non-league test, the host Sidwell Friends Quakers lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-6 victory over the Meridian Mustangs.

    The Quakers now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Perkiomen School for a non-league game on Monday, March 21.

    The Mustangs (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Liberty (Bealeton, VA). The Eagles enter the Northwestern game with a 0-0 record.
