The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Grantsville Cowboys (Grantsville, UT) and the visiting American Prep WV Eagles (West Valley City, UT), saw Grantsville's soccer squad get by American Prep WV by a count of 2-1.
The Cowboys now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to American Heritage for a non-league test on Friday, March 18. Grantsville will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 8-0 league win over Telos (Orem, UT). The Patriots record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, American Prep WV drops to 0-1 on the season. The Eagles host St. Joseph (Ogden, UT) to meet the Jayhawks in a 2A test on Monday, March 21. The Jayhawks come into the test with a record of 5-0. St. Joseph won 1-0 in their recent league test against Rowland Hall (Salt Lake City, UT)
