Danville Little Johns (Danville, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Charleston Tigers (Charleston, AR), 18-7 in a league challenge.

The Little Johns now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Cedarville for a 3A-1 West challenge on Friday, March 18.

With the loss, Charleston falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Booneville (Booneville, AR) to battle the Bearcats in a 3A-4 challenge on Monday, March 28. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a record of 1-0.
