South Carolina High School Softball - Chesnee can't hold off Gray Collegiate Academy

The Gray Collegiate Academy War Eagles softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Chesnee Eagles to 8 in the War Eagles non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Gray Collegiate Academy improves its record to 6-1 on the year. The War Eagles travel to Dorman (Roebuck, SC) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league game on Thursday, March 17. The Cavaliers come into the game with a record of 5-1.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Landrum Cardinals (Landrum, SC) in a AA Region 2 game, on Monday, March 21. Chesnee will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
