California High School Softball - Notre Dame bounces Monterey

March 17, 2022: Salinas, CA 93901

The Notre Dame Spirits (Salinas, CA) softball routed the visiting Monterey Dores (Monterey, CA), 15-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Spirits (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against North Salinas (Salinas, CA). The Vikings go into the PCAL - Mission bout with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, North Salinas toppled King City (King City, CA), 5-4, in a non-league bout.

The Dores now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Carmel for a PCAL - Mission bout on Friday, March 18. Monterey will confront a Padres squad coming off a 12-7 non-league loss to Watsonville (Watsonville, CA). The Padres record now stands at 0-7.
