Oregon High School Baseball - St. Helens loses to Hood River Valley

The Hood River Valley Eagles baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting St. Helens Lions to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Pendleton (Pendleton, OR). The Buckaroos go into the 5A Intermountain match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Pendleton was overwhelmed by Hanford (Richland, WA), 10-0, in a non-league match.
The Lions (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts (Milwaukie, OR). The Mustangs go into the 5A Northwest Oregon match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts tipped Seaside (Seaside, OR), 8-4, in a non-league match.
