California High School Baseball - Rodriguez nips Kennedy

In Friday's non-league challenge, the Rodriguez Mustangs (Fairfield, CA) baseball squad edged the visiting Kennedy Cougars (Sacramento, CA), by a final score of 4-3.

With the win, Rodriguez upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Petaluma (Petaluma, CA) to battle the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 18. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Petaluma won 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Analy (Sebastopol, CA)

With the defeat, Kennedy falls to 4-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Sheldon (Sacramento, CA) to battle the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 21.
