Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), 10-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Millbrook upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Wildcats host Heritage (Wake Forest, NC) to battle the Huskies in a Northern Athletic 4A battle on Monday, March 20. The Huskies enter the battle with a record of 4-3. Heritage lost 5-1 in their recent non-league battle against Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC)

The Timberwolves now possess a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they host North Davidson for a Mid-Piedmont 3A battle on Tuesday, March 21. Montgomery Central will play a Black Knights squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC). The Black Knights record now stands at 3-4.
