The James Island Trojans soccer team scored 6 points and limited the host Colleton County Cougars to 1 in the Trojans league victory on Friday.
Next, the Trojans face the Wando Warriors (Mt. Pleasant, SC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 18. James Island will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Cane Bay (Summerville, SC).
The Cougars now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to May River for a AAAA Region 7 contest on Tuesday, March 21. Colleton County will face a Sharks team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Sharks record now stands at 2-4.
