In Friday's non-league outing, the host South Salem Saxons softball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the South Eugene Axe.
Coming up next, the Saxons encounter the Franklin Quakers (Portland, OR) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 21. South Salem will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Quakers enter the outing with a 1-0 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Parkrose (Portland, OR).
The Axe (0-3) will now prepare for their outing against Churchill (Eugene, OR). The Lancers enter the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Churchill was routed by Mountain View (Bend, OR), 18-3, in a non-league outing.
