Louisiana High School Baseball - University Lab edges Denham Springs

The University Lab Cubs baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Denham Springs Yellowjackets to 1 in the Cubs non-league win on Monday.
The Cubs now hold a 12-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Michael for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 19. University Lab will play a Warriors team coming off a 15-2 league win over Tara (Baton Rouge, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-9.
With the defeat, Denham Springs drops to 20-3 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Riverside Academy (Reserve, LA) to play the Rebels in a non-league test on Thursday, March 20. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 15-7. Riverside Academy lost 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA)
