The Opp Bobcats (Opp, AL) baseball trounced the host Florala Wildcats (Florala, AL), 15-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Bobcats now own a 11-3 record. They take the field next when they host New Brockton for a 4A Area 4 challenge on Thursday, March 20. Opp will clash with a Gamecocks team coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Carroll (Ozark, AL). The Gamecocks record now stands at 7-5.
With the defeat, Florala drops to 8-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Emmanuel Christian (Dothan, AL) to clash with the Warriors in a 1A Area 2 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Emmanuel Christian lost 17-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Houston County (Columbia, AL)
