The NSU University Sharks (Fort Lauderdale, FL) baseball got by the visiting Lemon Bay Manta Rays (Englewood, FL), 2-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Sharks now own a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pembroke Pines Charter for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 19. NSU University will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Mater Academy Charter (Hialeah Gardens, FL). The Jaguars record now stands at 6-6.

With the defeat, Lemon Bay drops to 6-6 on the year. The Manta rays host Southeast (Bradenton, FL) to clash with the Seminoles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Seminoles go into the challenge with a record of 2-10. Southeast lost 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Bayshore (Bradenton, FL)
