The North Bay Haven Academy Buccaneers baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host McKenzie Tigers to 0 in the Buccaneers non-league win on Monday.
The Buccaneers now hold a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montgomery Catholic for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 18. North Bay Haven Academy will play a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Beauregard (Opelika, AL). The Knights record now stands at 5-10.
With the defeat, McKenzie drops to 2-8 on the year. The Tigers travel to Red Level (Red Level, AL) to play the Tigers in a 1A Area 3 test on Thursday, March 20. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 9-2. Red Level won 11-3 in their recent league test against Elba (Elba, AL)
