The Cherokees now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chiles for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 18. McMinn County will clash with a Timberwolves team coming off a 10-2 non-league win over St. John Paul II (Tallahassee, FL). The Timberwolves record now stands at 6-6.

With the defeat, Oakleaf drops to 7-8 on the year. The Knights travel to Knoxville Catholic (Knoxville, TN) to clash with the Fighting Irish in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 19. The Fighting Irish go into the test with a record of 6-5. Knoxville Catholic won 11-0 in their recent non-league test against Ridgeview (Orange Park, FL)
