In Monday's non-league game, the host Salt Fork Storm baseball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the Paris Tigers.
The Storm (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Arcola (Arcola, IL). The Purple Riders come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
The Tigers now possess a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dieterich for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 20. Paris will confront a Movin Maroons squad coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to Robinson (Robinson, IL). The Movin Maroons record now stands at 0-2.
