The Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA) baseball trounced the host Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA), 13-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newnan for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 18. Starr's Mill will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 22-0 league win over Banneker (College Park, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 10-4.

With the defeat, Upson-Lee drops to 7-8 on the year. The Knights travel to Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA) to clash with the Tigers in a AAA Region 2 challenge on Thursday, March 20. The Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 4-11. Fayette County lost 13-0 in their recent league challenge against Trinity Christian (Sharpsburg, GA)
