The Monrovia Wildcats edged the host Bell Gardens Lancers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Wildcats face the Sierra Vista Dons (Baldwin Park, CA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 2. Monrovia will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.
The Lancers (9-3) will now prepare for their game against Montebello (Montebello, CA). The Oilers go into the game with a 1-1 record.
