De La Salle Spartans (Concord, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Livermore Cowboys (Livermore, CA), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, De La Salle improves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Spartans host Oakland Tech (Oakland, CA) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 18. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 2-2. Oakland Tech won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against College Prep (Oakland, CA)

The Cowboys now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Ramon Valley for a test on Tuesday, March 18. Livermore will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 4-4.
