Apache Junction Prospectors (Apache Junction, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Poston Butte Broncos (San Tan Valley, AZ), 23-0 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Apache Junction moves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Prospectors host Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ) to confront the Bears in a match on Tuesday, March 18. The Bears come into the match with a record of 0-0.

The Broncos now possess a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to ALA - Mesa North for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 19. Poston Butte will confront a Mavericks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Benjamin Franklin (Queen Creek, AZ). The Mavericks record now stands at 6-0.
