Trinity Christian Eagles (Opelika, AL) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lakeside School Chiefs (Eufaula, AL), 12-10 in a league match.

With the triumph, Trinity Christian advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Southern Prep Academy (Camp Hill, AL) to battle the Fighting Rangers in a non-league match on Monday, April 7. The Fighting Rangers come into the match with a record of 0-2.

The Chiefs now have a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brookstone for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 19. Lakeside School will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over LaGrange (LaGrange, GA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-4.
