Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Monday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the host Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA), 9-1 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Freedom improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles host Heritage (Leesburg, VA) to play the Pride in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 19. The Pride come into the game with a record of 0-1. Heritage lost 10-6 in their recent non-league game against John Champe (Aldie, VA)

The Panthers now have a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 25.
