Washington, DC High School Lacrosse - Langley overwhelms Sidwell Friends

In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Langley Saxons lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-3 win over the Sidwell Friends Quakers.
The Saxons (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, St. Andrew's Episcopal was overwhelmed by The Heights (Potomac, MD), 18-11, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Quakers meet the Trinity at Meadow View Tempest (Falls Church, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, March 20. Sidwell Friends will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Tempest enter the test with a 1-2 record after their 9-7 league loss to Seton (Manassas, VA).
